2. ORDERING
By purchasing goods from schoolbookshop.ie you are placing an order with Michael Doherty School Supplies Ltd. The books listed on the site are not necessarily in stock and may need to be ordered. Please check your order immediately upon receipt of it. We must be notified within 14 days of receipt of an order to have any problems corrected or missing items forwarded. After the 14 days we are under no obligation to correct any problems or forward any missing items. If you have any queries regarding an order placed call us on 01 4636680. Please have the order number you were issued with when placing the order at hand.
3. DELIVERY
Deliveries are only made within the Republic of Ireland and orders are usually delivered by Courier. Orders are usually shipped within 5-7 working days of arrival of the order and will take at least a week to be delivered. If an order is placed for items which are out of stock then this may take longer. There is a maximum delivery charge of 6.50 on all orders and the breakdown of shipping charges are as follows:

4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 'no quibble' return and refund policy here at schoolbookshop.ie. We will exchange or refund any item as long as it is returned in mint condition and there are no markings on the item being returned. We must be notified within 14 days of receipt of an order to have an item exchanged or refunded. If an item being exchaned or refunded is damamged or marked in any way it may be subject to a fee and will be exchanged or refunded at a discounted price. 5. PAYMENT/SECURITY
We DO NOT retain/store any payment information (credit/debit card numbers etc.,) on our website. We provide a secure online payment environment by using AIB's and Global Payments' credit/debit card processing technologies. With the latest SSL security technologies your payment details are only entered under secure conditions. Before you provide your details you will be forwarded to a secure online server to make your payment. We accept Visa and Master Card credit/debit card payments.
6. PRICING
All prices for stationery on this web site are inclusive of VAT at 23%. All prices for books on this web site are exclusive of VAT. Michael Doherty School Supplies Ltd. reserves the right to change the price of any stationery item presented on this web site at any stage without the need for any prior notice.
